How about studying oceanography in college? A new college program for studying marine sciences.
Our UQAR-ISMER PhD student member, Laury-Ann Dumoulin, has initiated a new collaborative program between UQAR, ISMER and the Cégep de Rimouski. This program enables college science students to carry out research projects, within the walls of the university, in the disciplines of oceanography, chemistry and biology. The project's first cohort was welcomed at UQAR-ISMER in early February 2025.
Quebec-Ocean is very proud to support the launch of this college succession program. Congratulations to Laury-Ann on this successful first edition. We hope it will grow and become a renowned program within our research institutions to encourage the next generation of college students!
